FREE Student Flu Clinics
This year VaxiCare has an option for free Flu vaccinations for your school students.
Depending on the interest of students, parents and the school, this could be offered to all year levels or upper year levels only.
VaxiCare has provided flu vaccinations to students at many schools in the past, and has smooth processes in place. We can send an information package, including FAQs, consent forms and online booking links for parents.
Easy Online Booking System
VaxiCare's User-Friendly Online Booking System makes it easy for your admin staff and students/parents, and includes these great features:
1. We send you a booking link or QR code for staff to book-in
2. Staff receive SMS messages for the following:
To confirm their booking
To remind them of the upcoming clinic/s
Proof of vaccination after the clinic (this vaccination record is also uploaded to the Medicare website)

As we anticipate an increased demand for FREE* flu vaccinations, we encourage you to confirm that your workplace would like to continue to engage the services of VaxiCare this year, so that we can reserve vaccines for your workplace. *Clinics may incur a small fixed fee of $100 +GST to cover travel, staff and admin costs
