I'm healthy and fit.

  • It doesn’t matter how fit or healthy you are, you are still at risk of getting the flu.

I'm already immunised

  • the flu virus is changing all the time. It is recommended that you get vaccinated every year

I take vitamins

  • remedies such as vitamin C and echinacea have failed to show any benefit in preventing the flu.

It's just a cold

  • the flu is much worse, with common effects body aches, headaches, high fever, chills and fatigue.
